New Registration Process – Video
With the introduction of the reviewed competency frameworks the Board has released a video to communicate a number of changes to the registration process. The video introduces and explains progressive assessment, oral presentations, competency assessment dates and post graduate training plans. The new registration process has been implemented after extensive consultation with Surveying Graduates.
The Board encourages both surveying graduates and their supervising surveyors to view the video and become aware of the new registration process.
The Board has also updated the webpage to reflect the new registration process.
Training Advocate
The Board has placed an advertisement on Seek.com, for the part-time role of Training Advocate.
The position requires extensive surveying knowledge and a willingness to assist Surveying Graduates understand the competency framework requirements and progress their registration to surveyor or surveyor with endorsement.

Postgraduate Training Plans
A reminder to Surveying Graduates that Postgraduate Training Plans are due to be lodged with the Board by 31 July 2013.
Career Episode Reports (CER)
Registrants who were randomly selected to complete a CER as part of their 2014 renewal of registration are reminded that CER’s were due by 5 July 2013.
