How to Register

Please download and complete the appropriate application form.

Disclosed on each application form is an applicant’s checklist.  Please ensure all required documents are attached to you application.

If you are applying to be a Surveying Associate, Surveying Graduate or for Reciprocal Registration, you will need to provide two recent character references (written in the last 12 months) and a copy of your resume with your application.The two character references must meet the following criteria,

• are to be written by people who have known you for a period of least (2) years
• are not to be written and signed by a relative
• only one reference will be accepted from you current employer
• duplicated references signed by different people will not be accepted

Applications are only processed if accompanied by the appropriate registration fee.
